The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kareene and Vinny. Activities occurred every day. Nightly entertainment was very good. Food in both restaurants was also very good, I definitely plan to return.
The hotel needs some updating, but the room was clean. I found no issues with the housekeeping. The room could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall this was a minor issue. I enjoyed my time at the hotel.

the view from my superior oceanfront room was gorgeous. i appreciated how close i was to the dining area and bar. the staff members were helpful and so friendly. our room was large, and it was lovely!
The mini refrigerator in our room was not stocked. only two bottles of water were provided for the entire stay. This felt a little limited. i wish they would stock the fridge with water or other drinks.

Charmed stay at this Hotel
convenient dealexcellent spafriendly staff
I found the inclusive deal very convenient. It eliminated the need for additional budgeting. Spa and gym were accessible and good. Indira, a room staff member, offered superb service. Guy, one of the bar staff, was friendly and efficient. The all inclusive option was great and drinks were strong and premium brands.
The hotel is a little weathered and could use some updates.

The hotel offer a strategic position with easy access to Holetown. Supermarket down the road so you can easily buy anything, it is walkable. The hotel proximity to the local amenities make it convenient for explorations and access.

The staff members were very helpful. The food at the restaurants was quite plentiful. My superior oceanfront room had great wave sounds at night. I found the hotel location near Holetown convenient. The hotel had three pools. The food at enids restaurant was amazing. The hotel was generally clean. The absence of a sandy beach for lounging didn't bother me much. The room had a spacious balcony. The decor was fresh and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The terrace offered amazing sunset views. The all-inclusive option provides great value. (I enjoyed the cocktails!) The location allowed me to easily sail and snorkel. I discovered three wrecks off the coast. The breakfast had a great selection of fruits and hot food.
The gym had limited equipment.
